Answer: No! I would always encourage you to drive both legally and responsibly, however I believe that it doesn’t matter how well you drive there will still be times when you are inadvertently caught speeding just a few miles per hour over the limit. Answer: I have seen the other web sites but I have not seen their content. I have also seen that most of them include a reply letter that is signed by a Mr. H. Harrison – so I would presume that these are just a rehash of the same material.
